职位职责： 1. Participate as a member in new product development design team. - Create and maintain project schedules and manage project to meet schedules. - Produce conceptual designs - Creation of detailed design drawings - Definition of applicable standards - Analysis of design to applicable standards - Define and lead prototype development and lab tests - Work effectively in a team environment - Work with manufacturing on process development - Work with purchasing to ensure purchased parts meet quality and cost targets - Participate in release for sale activities - Provide periodic oral and written reports of project status 2. Determine customer requirements, and evaluate Graco &； Competitive products per those requirements. 3. Direct and perform standard product support activities such as: troubleshooting product problems in manufacturing, lab, or customer sites and initiate corrective action activities. 4. Stay abreast of developments in technical field to maintain technical knowledge. 5. Learn, participate in development, and apply knowledge of: - Graco product line - Operational systems - Graco and industry design standards - Graco Quality Management System - Graco customer applications and requirements 任职要求： 1. BS degree in mechanical engineering with good mechanical/electrical aptitude. Hydraulic and pressure vessel experience preferred. 2. At least 3 years experience in foreign manufacturing company in new product development with demonstrated ability to produce innovative and successful products. 3. Experience with Simultaneous Engineering product development process or fluid handling equipment design and development is preferred. 4. Good English oral and written communication skills. 5. Good computer operation skill. |
