Support?/?assist?CC?Sales?to?hand-over?the?order?to?the?contract?processing?group 4. Enter?the?order?into?SAP?system 5. Distribute?the?internal?order?to?the?relevant?departments 6. Schedule?the?order’s?main?steps?（release?+?delivery?date）?with?the?support?of?PP 7. Prepare?external?order?confirmation?with?the?support?of?PP 8. Support?/?assist?PD?on?purchasing?of?bought-out?items 9. Follow-up?on?the?project?schedule?with?the?support?of?PP?and?OPD 10. Follow-up?on?purchasing?with?the?support?of?PD 11. Handle?expeditor?visits?and?organize?the?hold-point?expediting 12. Support?/?assist?CC?Sales?on?change?orders?with?the?customer 13. Hold?customer?contact 14. Organize?documentation?submittal?to?the?customer?and?DI?with?the?support?of?OPT 15. Organize?a?proper?and?clear?filing?of?the?contract?documentation 16. Invite?customers?for?testing?with?the?support?of?QC 17. Support?/?assist?QC?for?compiling?of?certificates?and?quality?documentation 18. Support?/?assist?QC?to?release?products?for?shipment 19. Support?/?assist?FD?on?release?of?progress?payment?invoice?and?final?invoice 20. Give?instructions?to?PP?for?shipment 21. Support?/?assist?OPD?to?arrange?the?transportation?and?shipment 22. Inform?service?Department?about?delivery?schedule?for?at?site?service 23. Hand-over?order?to?Service?Department?after?PAC?issued. 24. Coordinate?the?work?of?the?different?department?involved?in?the?Order?Process 25.
