具体要求：

To assist QA Manager to establish and maintain the QC processes at the supplier bases; monitor supplier’s quality status, collect and analyze their performance data; develop the work instructions and forms for control and improve supplier’s quality; handle the nonconformities and follow up the correction and corrective actions; regularly audit the suppliers/new suppliers and approve their qualification.
*EHS: achieve 0 injuries. Ethics compliance with company policy.
*Assist the QA Manager to establish and maintain the quality control processes at the supplier bases, set up and maintain the interfaces with the suppliers and the internal customers;
*Develop the process flow and work instructions for supplier QC purposes;
*Monitor the inspection activities (IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC) and product quality, collect and analyze the performance data of supplier production lines to find improvement opportunity or problem causes;
*Train suppliers on DMS’s quality requirements and rules; assist the suppliers to make improvements;
*Communicate and cooperate with QA, Production, Sales and Engineering staffs on supplier QC issues;
*Conduct the nonconformity review and follow up the disposition of nonconformities of supplier;
*Communicate with suppliers on product/part quality and improvement requests, lead the supplier evaluation process and approve their qualification;
*Plan and implement corrective and preventive actions when requested;
*Delivery the on-the-job training to the QC Inspectors;
*Monitor and improve supplier’s performance; collect and generate the supplier quality reports in monthly, quarterly and even yearly;
*Support QE/QC supervisor to continuously reduce cost of poor quality.
*Finish the other works assigned by the QA Manager.
Qualifications Required
Education: Bachelor degree in mechanical or mechanical &electronic.
Working experience:
*Total at least 6 years working experience in quality field.
*At least 3 year working experience in QA/QC functions of foreign or international companies who producing mechanical products.
Specific knowledge:
*Familiar with ISO9000 serial standards requirements.
*Familiar with the quality control of castings, forgings, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly, painting, pressure testing or NDE works.
*Good practice on QC tools, SPC, FMEA and MSA.
*Good knowledge of PC Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, IE, AutoCAD etc.)
*Good communication and coordination skills, patient and detail-oriented characteristics.
Language skills: Good command of English in reading, writing and oral practices.
