任职要求Requirements： -本科及以上学历，泵及机械相关专业； -具备一年以上的产品设计经验及两年以上泵产品销售技术支持工作经验； -全面了解泵的类型与特点；能根据工况要求，选出合适的泵产品；熟知相关产品标准； -表达能力强，具有技术谈判的能力、与用户沟通协调的能力； -胜任随时出差的工作安排，积极配合市场销售； -英语四级及以上，可以读写，能用英语工作；熟练使用办公软件； -具有一定的管理素质和较强的工作责任心。 -Degree or above,major in mechanical engineering or related -Possess special extensive in technology of pumps, understand pump standards and criterion of industry, can smoothly solve problem between customers inquire and our pump -Possess successful experienced with tender, sales and related management. Know how to tender and help sales man to win order, Understand tender procedures, policies and gross margin for Sulzer different products -Good communication & negotiation skill -Excellent ability of systematical management, a pleasant and stable personality and high sense of responsibility are desirable -Able to perform under pressure - Good command of both written and oral English -Highly organized and efficient, strong determination to succeed Team work spirit 职位职责Responsibility： -对公司产品进行宣传和应用推广，取得客户信任； -负责重大项目前期概算； -负责对公司产品销售前期的技术方案的编制，技术和商务投标标书的制作，积极组织参与招投标； -参加重要项目的技术交流，对公司产品方案宣讲，并根据客户的需求对标书或技术方案进行修订，签订技术协议； -大项目的日常报价； -GP分析，TOA编写及报批； -提供日常产品成本； -Sales support -In order to better pricing in bidding proposals, provide technical support to sales people in project initial negotiation,especially in pricing. -Market research -In order to enhance the company’s understanding of the market,conduct market research interm so fits capacity. -Upgrade pricing system -In order to better support company sales,upgrade pricing system as well as check the certification of special devices. |
