Qualification: - University degree with technical background, major in marketing or business administration is a plus - Min. 8 years relevant sales/marketing working expriences and over 3 years in managerial position. knowledge of after-sales service management and experience in pump industry is an advantage. - Work requires professional communication and interpersonal skills. ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simutaneously manage several projects. - Good spoken and written English and proficient at PC skills. - Self-motivated, energetic and hard working, good team work and coordination. - Highly organized and ability to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Conduct Sales - In order to meet the sales target of its business segment, supervise the team in conducting sales activities. Market research - In order to have a better understanding of the market, supervise the team in conducting market research so as to know competitor status, company positioning, and market trends. Client management - In order to ensure fast and sustainable company development, explore new clients and maintain existing clients. Innovate new application - In order to support sales growth, innovate new application of existing products ESH Responsibilities - Take the major reponsibilities in the department for ESH management |
