具体要求：

1.负责产品方案设计；
　Carry out the product solution design ；
2.负责产品的具体设计、试制和验证工作；
　Responsible for specific design ,trial and test and verify ；
3.负责老产品的改进或改型设计；
　Responsible for the old product improvements or modifications ；
4.负责产品的试制过程中的技术支持；
　Responsible for technical support during the new product trial ；
5.负责图纸、技术文件整理、定型归档；
　Responsible for drawings and technical documents sorting, finalize the design and　filing ；
6.协助公司员工的技术培训。
　Assist to technology training for the employee .

职位要求（Job Requirements）：
1.大本及以上学历，水力机械、机械设计制造及相关专业,优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑；
　Bachelor or above degree ,major in hydraulic machine ，Mechanical engineering or related，excellent graduate is also considered；
2.具有扎实的机械设计和机械制造理论知识,具有泵设计工作经验者优先考虑；
With strong knowledge on mechanical design and　manufacturing ；The work experience with pump design is prefered.
3.英语水平CET-4以上，熟练掌握常用绘图软件、办公软件；
　 English level CET-4 or above, familiar with common CAD , Word ,Excel etc software ；
4.具有较强沟通协调、分析和解决问题、灵活应变及书面写作能力。
　With strong ability on communication and coordination , analysis and solving the trouble , flexibility and adaptability　, and good in writing .
