具体要求：

1、全面控制、协调生产部门的人员管理及各项生产活动；
2、下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度；
3、跟踪生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标；
4、及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理建议；
5、参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施；
6、监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁；
7、负责员工的管理、培训和培养。

任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，机械制造等相关专业；
2、3年以上机械制造型公司现场管理工作经验，有外企生产主管经验者优先；
3、熟悉行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉产品技术特点与生产流程，熟悉制造企业生产、物流和技术内部的运营流程；
4、具备很强的品质管理、流程优化、统筹组织和沟通协调能力，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
5、有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力、执行能力等。

Job description:
1. Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations； planning, monitoring, and appraising job results； coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees； initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
2. Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the production process； setting processing variables； observing control points and equipment； monitoring personnel and resources； implementing cost reductions； developing reporting procedures and systems； facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process and control points； initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
3. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel； establishing priorities； monitoring progress； revising schedules； reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
4. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data； answering questions and responding to requests
5. Implement working plan, lead daily work in the production, help production manager to fix the problem what happened in the production in order to keep delivery precision.

Qualifications:
1. University degree or above
2. Have more than 3 years working experience in related industry
3. Be good at English, spoken English skill preferred
