具体要求：

具体要求：
1） Bachelor degree or above majoring in Mechanical Technology, or other engineering disciplines.
本科毕业，机械技术或相关工程专业。
2） At least 10 years quality control and management experience in manufacturing （especially machining） industry, with at least 3 years in managerial level. Experience in valve or nuclear equipment manufacturing industry will be a must.
至少十年以上机械制造（特别是机加工）行业的质量控制经验，其中至少三年质量管理经验。必须具有阀门或核电产品领域的质量工作经验。
3） Familiar with ISO9001, ASME, RCCM, API and PED requirements, international and national laws and regulations on nuclear valves manufacturing.
熟悉ISO9001体系。熟悉ASME/RCCM/API/PED、核电阀门制造业国家及当地法律法规。
4） Well understanding on the quality control of castings, forgings, welding, heat treatment, machining, assembly, painting, pressure testing and NDE.
熟悉铸件，锻件，焊接，热处理，机加工，装配，喷漆，压力测试和无损检测工程的质量控制。
5） Be good at most quality tools, such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, control plan, etc.
熟练运用质量工具，如APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, 控制计划等。
6） Experience in HAF601 or ASME or RCCM/ Experience in valve /pump/pressure vessel industry.
有核电认证经验HAF601、ASME、RCCM，或阀门、泵、压力容器等行业经验者优先考虑。
7） Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
优秀的沟通和协调能力，能影响他人及实现共同的愿景或目标的能力。
8） Excellent command of English in reading, writing and oral practices. Good knowledge of PC Software （Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, IE, AutoCAD etc.）
优秀的英语沟通能力。熟练使用电脑软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, IE，AutoCAD等）。

职责描述：
1） Build the quality system according to quality policy, guarantee it is completely undertstood and implmented. Monitor and audit the implemention of quality system regularlly, improve quality management system performance and customer satisfactions.
根据公司质量管理方针建立公司质量体系，并确保质量体系被完全理解并实施。定期评审质量体系，改进质量管理体系，提高客户满意度。
2） Responsible for register, obtain and maintain the certification and license, including ISO9001 certificate, HAF601certificate and local manufacturing license； receive the audit and assessment of Notify Bodies or customers.
负责注册，取得和管理认证及许可证，包括ISO9001质量体系认证，HAF601认证及当地的制造许可证，接受客户和机构的各项审计和评估。
3） Management of NDE and metallurgical engineering.
负责无损检测和金相工程。
4） Work closely with other departments to improve the product quality control processes by using QC tools within the company.
与其他部门紧密合作，通过使用质量控制方法以改进产品质量控制流程。
5） Be responsible for supplier quality management, quality improvement and new supplier quality approval and development.
负责供应商质量管理、质量改进，及新供应商的质量认定。
6） Oversee customer interface relative to quality assurance and documentation. Ensure that documentation and releases are not a critical constraint. Analyze warranty reports, rework and returns to determine root cause and corrective actions.
以客户为中心，监督质量管理和管控文件。分析报修报告，返工和退货，以确定根本原因和纠正措施。
7） In charge of driving continuous process quality problem improvement to stabilize and improve the process quality capability/level.
处理质量问题，持续改进以确保品质稳定性，提高质量控制能力/水平。
8） Responsible for Quality function team management and cross function’s coordination.
