The Production Manager is responsible for the processes, documentation implementation, and procedures necessary to maintain all theoperations and high quality standards. 生产部经理负责生产管理，质量体系实施，程序管理并保证工厂高质量运行。 DIRECT REPORTS: 管辖下属 Assembly Technicians 车间工人 Clean up personnel 清洁人员 Shipping\Receiving 仓库及收发货 REPORTS TO: 汇报领导 General Manager China 中国公司总经理 ACCOUNTABILITIES 职责 The Production Manager responsibilities include: 职责 Staffing: 人事 Hiring, training and providing orientation to new employees. 招聘培训管理生产部门的新员工 Creating staffing plans and assigns labor hours as required. 制定生产部门人员安排计划及生产规划 Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees. 管理生产部门人员及生产工作 Initiates or suggest plans to motivate employees to achieve department goals. 提出生产部门员工激励计划 Analyzes and solves work related problems or will assist employees in solving work problems. 分析并解决生产部门的技术问题或知道生产部门员工解决问题 Maintains time and assembly records. 负责场频及时交货率 Plant: 生产 Developing and implementing assembly methods and procedures. 制定并实施生产部门规程 Analyzes work orders in coordination with the Logistic Manager, to determine production schedules. 与采购部门协调并安排生产计划 Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop. 对如何提高生产效率提出建议和意见 Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. ? 对提高产品性能和质量提出建议和意见 ? Ensuring that the plant meets all Housekeeping and Safety requirements. 确保生产车间及设备满足所有当地法规及安全规定 Determining and managing production costs； material needs； subcontract requirements； facility needs, and equipment needs. 负责管理生产成本，物料规划，分包管理、生产物资及设备的计划 Developing and implementing operating methods and procedures. 制定并实施运行程序 Reviewing and analyzing production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports. 负责制定并分析生产，质量控制，维修维护等其它生产部门的运营报告 Develop and manage budget and cost controls. 制定并管理生产预算及成本控制 Developing and directing cost reduction strategies. 制定并实施成本降低策略计划 Establishing standards and analyzing cost vs. benefit of quality improvements. 知道标准并进行成本效益分析 Monitoring actual vs. standard cost. 管控实际/标准成本 Collaborating with all departments that affect, or are affected by, manufacturing, to coordinate, and improve performance to maximize corporate profitability. 与相关部门协调与生产部门有关的协作关系（包括加拿大运营部门）来提高并改善生产能力及利益 Monitoring production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. 管控生产和运营报告并提出确保最低成本和避免交货延误的解决方案 Work with third party accreditation such as UL， CCC, and ISO 负责第三方的标准认证及工程认证包括UL, CCC和ISO Supplier quality control:Continuous incoming inspection of production components and quality control support for new product development. 供应商质量管控包括采购件来料检验以及新产品的质量检验 Technical transfer: understand technical requirements from Canada and implement them in China 技术转移：了解并理解加拿大的技术要求并在中国实施 Managing all production data reports. 制定并向公司管理部门所有生产数据的报告 Implementation of Lean Manufacturing. 生产管理 Other related duties as required 其它公司指定的职责 QUALIFICATIONS 人员要求 ? College or university diploma, Bachelor degree in mechanics or science preferred ? 专科或本科学历，机械或理工科学士学位优先 ? Minimum of 5 years supervisory\management experience in a production management role. ? 至少5年生产管理工作经验 ? Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills both written and oral in both English and Chinese. ? 卓越的管理和中英文沟通能力 ? Proven ability to work with and relay technical product specifications. ? 有技术产品生产管理经验 First Aid Certification. ? 工厂急救经验及证书 ? Working Knowledge of machining and assembly ? 机械加工类产品生产组装管理经验 ? Valve knowledge preferred but not essential. ? 熟悉阀门生产知识者优先 |
