具体要求：

Assist controller in setting up internal control system and procedure as well as revisiting existing policies to ensure proper controls are in place 30%.
Support Process owners to provide corrective action plans to improve the control 25%.
Perform regular review and audit to ensure proper controls are in place and corrective actions are executed within the timeline 45%.
-Work with finance controller to set up internal control system and procedure as well as following up with process owners on execution.
-Revisit current control policy and procedure to propose any update required.
-Support process owners to come up with action items for control improvement within a reasonable timeline.
-Conduct regular review and audit on monthly basis to ensure proper controls are in place and the improvement actions are taken in a timely manner.
-SOD and change management review and audit on regular basis.
-Assist Controller in the compliance investigation & decision making by analyzing available information and provide proposals accordingly.
-Work with controller, lT and sourcing manager to review and audit existing IT software and its annual service contract to investigate if possible misconduct.
-Review and audit on PO, Standard cost, and BOM change to ensure proper authorization and controls are in place.
-SOX coordinator.
-Support IT manager to improve IT controls.
-Adhoc project assigned by management.
Education:
-Finance/Accounting Bachelor degree.
Working experience:
-Above 8 years related working experience and preferred.
-3 years+ audit firm experience.
Language skills:
-Fluent English in both written & oral.
Specific knowledge:
-Solid understanding of internal controls/SOX and solid hands on experience.
