Reporting: Report to GM 汇报关系：向总经理汇报 Major Responsibility 主要工作职责 ●Grow new facility to manufacture pumps for diesel engines and Hydraulics industry 将新厂发展成为生产柴油发动机泵及液压方面的工厂 ●Recruit and train local workforce and take res to develop office staff 招收并培训，并负责办公室员工的发展 ●Install Plant & Machinery, new project deployment 安装厂房&设备，及新项目的开展 ●Maintain a facility on lean best practice principles 遵循精益生产原理组织相关工作 ●Manage production, planning, logistics and quality to achieve 100% on time delivery 管理生产，计划，物流及质量求实现100%准时交付 ●Ensure local rules and regulations are met 确保遵守地方性规范章程 ●Ensure a strong Health & Safety ethic 确保强有力的健康&安全理念 ●Deputize for General Manager 代表总经理 Qualification 资历要求 A． Knowledge（专业知识） ● Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related experience 机械工程技术及相关经验 ●Automotive APQP and PPAP processes， TS16949 and ISO 14000 了解汽车行业APQP和PPAP程序,熟悉TS16949及ISO14000 ●Lean Manufacturing principles, six sigma 精益生产原理及六西格玛 ●Hydraulic or Engine pumps related experience plus 有液压或发动机泵方面的经验优先 Skill （技能） ●Good English & Computer skills 良好的英语及计算机技能 ● Good negotiation and communication skill. 良好的谈判及沟通技巧 C. Ability （综合能力） ●Good leadership, quality awareness and good communication capability. 良好的领导力,质量意识和沟通能力 ●Work under pressure and to tight timescales 能够承工作压力和紧凑的时间表 ●Excellent analysis ability and driving for results 出色的分析能力，并应用于最终结果 ●Excellent leadership and management skill 出色的领导力及管理技巧 D.Personality（性格） ●Strong responsibility, excellent coordination 工作责任心强，有出色的团队协调能力 ●Attention to detail and willing to take challenge 注意细节,乐于挑战 ●Demanding on team but approachable and fair 对团队严格要求,但是要平易近人,公平对待 Preference requirement 优先录用条件 ●strong responsibility and excellent coordination, good stability for working 工作责任心强，出色的团队协调能力，及良好的工作稳定性 ●Automotive industry at least 5 years working experience or related 至少5年的在汽车行业工作的经验 ●Knowledge of TS 16949 quality systems，ISO14000 熟悉TS16949质量体系及ISO 14000 ●Knowledge of Machining and Assembly and Test equipment 掌握机加工和装配测试设备 ●Familiar with planning and logistics related works 熟悉计划及物流相关工作 ●Results driven and strong adaptability, dare to change current situation 成果驱动及适应能力强,勇于革新 |
