l Sales and management assistant Job description 1. Responsible for valve and actuator internal sales; maintain current sales channel; support new client development with relevant documentation through mail, phone and post; 2. Follow up closely to inquiries, making offers in time based on standard pricelist or pointed suppliers according to sales policy; after order confirmed; make sure customer order description and PO to suppliers is identical. Record unconfirmed offer and reasons; all communications of the order regarding specification and commercial terms must be traceable and organized structurally. 3. Pass PO for suppliers to logistic department, and follow up lead time, delivery, payment, co-ordinate and record in case problem occurred. 4. Establish and refine customer profile, maintain good communication and relationship with customer; follow up with problems, maintain CRM program. 5. Establish and maintain sales data management system include sales documents, statistical data analysis etc. 6. Able to provide basic technical support based on continues acquired technical reference, able to understand customer requirement project specification; take initiative to support clients accurately and professionally with internal knowhow or support from HQ and supplier. 7. Analysis of special and project inquiries, documentation preparation and making compliance check list 8. To be sensitive to customer demand, record and report customer requirement, push matured product package sales based on sales planning. 9. Marketing related tasks such as website maintenance, VI, promotion and marketing materials, media and PR related activities; 10. Other administrative ad hoc tasks Profile (qualification) 1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical and / or chemical engineering or the related; 2. At least two years’ experience in Valves or the related products internal sales (export & local) order follow up experiences or correlative; familiar with principle, design and manufacturing standard about Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, Butterfly valves and other valve product as well as operation device – gear, actuator; 3. Preferred to have valve market knowledge and sales experiences, updated with relevant main technical trend; 4. Preferred to have good customer knowledge of a certain industry or territory such as water treatment, tank storage, constructions and buildings, process industry; HVAC; district energy petrochemical and pharmaceutical application filed; 5. Strong office software (especially excel) and Auto CAD application experience and knowledge; 6. Honesty and integrity, diligence and good team work spirit; detail oriented; open and structure minded 7. Good command of English in speaking and writing. 8. Preferred to have good IT knowledge, ERP experience, Navision operation experience is an additional advantage. |
