具体要求：

岗位职责：
Responsibilities：
1、完成公司下达的销售指标；
Accomplishing indivisual /team/company sales target.
2、负责所辖行业或区域市场的信息收集、整理与分析；
Responsible for collecting information about the industry or the regional market .
3、负责公司分配的老客户的潜力深挖；
Responsible for exploring the potential of the company′s customers.
4、负责所辖市场的新客户开发工作，包括拜访、技术交流、报价、谈判、合同签署等；
Rresponsible for getting new customers, including visits, technical exchanges,quoting,contract signings etc.
5、提高客户满意度，全面跟踪订单的执行情况及售后问题解决情况；
Improving customer satisfaction, tracking sales orders, and follow up with after -sale issues.
6、完善客户信息档案及销售报表；
Set up and maintian customer information database and finish sales reports.
7、及时收回应收账款；
Collecting account receivables in time.
8、为客户提供产品解决方案；
Providing customers with product solutions.
9、与团队合作，完成公司下达的相关任务。
Achieving other company goals and tasks through teamwork.

任职资格：
Qualifications
1、大专及以上学历，工科背景优先；
College degree or higher, engineering background preffered；
2、学习能力强，勤劳踏实，抗压性强，敢于挑战高薪；
Strong learning skills, hard working, reliable, able to work under pressure,willing to compete for a high salary.
3、较强的沟通能力，很好的团队合作精神；
Strong communication skills, good team work spirit.
4、1-3年工作经验，有水泵、机电，阀门等行业销售经历者优先；
0-3 years of work experience，pump-, electrical- and valve knowledge preferred as well as experience in sales
