Primary Responsibilities / 主要职责 : ?EHS: achieve 0 injuries in QC team. Ethics compliance with company policy. EHS：QC团队中0工伤，职业道德准则要符合公司政策 ?Observes all safety rules and report unsafe conditions. 遵循安全准则，报告不安全行为 ?Maintains quality control systems, Develop Quality Plan for responsible products, including raw material, process and finish goods 维护质量控制系统，开展产品质量计划，包括原材料、过程和最终零件 ?Responsible for rapid quality improvements within the Process Centers he/she is supporting 负责在他人流程支持下的质量快速提升 ?Initiates and implements corrective/preventive actions to improve product quality or to prevent the occurrence of product nonconformity 开展实施预防和纠错方案，提高产品质量，确保产品质量的一致性 ?Provides customer complaint feedback to the responsible Process Center for the respective non-conformity 提供给客户在Process Center中各自不良情况的抱怨反馈 ?Raw material and Finish Goods qualification, PPAP process 原材料和最终产品的合格证，执行生产件批准过程 ?Defines and continuously improves the product quality control processes by using QC tools 运用QC工具持续提高产品控制 ?Monitors performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports 通过收集相关数据和生产报告来分析绩效 ?Verifies preventive and corrective actions implementation and effect 审核预防和纠错的方案的执行及结果 ?Support new Product launch, Supplier Transitions & Engineering Change Management 支持新品开发，供应商变换和工程变更管理 ?Develop and drive department projects such as cost of poor quality reduction. Coordinate with cross team and generate and implement actions plan to reduce cost 主导项目降低不良率成本，跨部门协作并制定行动方案降低成本 ?Support hourly employee certification process. 定期审核一线工人及QC人员，颁发上岗证 ?Decide measure gage and measure method. Evaluate MSA if needed. 判断量具和测量方法，必要的时候做MSA评估 ?Follow up quality issues corrective action results and make sure them implement. 追踪质量问题的纠正措施以及实施情况 ?Develop, monitor and maintain quality control system and process. 开发维护质量控制系统 ?Co-operate with process, production and engineering to solve and improve quality issues. 与工艺、生产、工程协作解决并提高质量问题 ?Co-operate with SQE to solve and improve purchasing components quality issues. 与SQE协作解决提高外购件质量问题 ?Coach, train, and direct inspectors to improve their capability and skills 培训指导检验员，提高其技能 ?Perform all other related duties as assigned 完成其他指派任务 Qualifications Required / 基本要求 : a. Education / 教育程度 Bachelor degree in mechanical or mechanical &electronic. 机械电子或机械专业本科 b. Working experience / 工作经验 -Over 6 years/6年以上 c. Specific knowledge / 专门知识 ?Ability to read and interpret complex drawings, engineering specifications and standards, then propose practical solutions to complex problems (can recognize CTQ points) ?Knowledge of reliability requirements(know the tool of SPC,CPK) and certification of parts /materials process (Know PPAP process) ?With a high level of knowledge of all parts’ specifications, their intended uses and the limitations of each product to effectively make and/or propose decisions regarding the acceptability of parts when the need arises ?Demonstrates proficiency utilizing problem solving tools (i.e., FMEA, DOE, SPC, etc.) and application of statistical techniques ?Good communication skill both in oral English and Chinese. ?Leadership application for troubleshooting, quality improvement, PQC management ?TS certification/API/ASME knowledge is plus ?Good knowledge of PC Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, IE, AutoCAD etc.) ?Good communication and coordination skills, patient and detail-oriented characteristics. ?Multi-tasks management under stress ?Good practice on QC tools, SPC, FMEA and MSA.? d. Language skills / 语言能力 Fluency in both written and spoken English |
