Position Requirements College degree in mechanical/engineering or relevant area. At least 5 years experience of repair job. Can speak and write in English smoothly, and PC skills required. Knowledge of using Autocad for 2D drawing. Self-motivated, energetic and hard working. Good team work and coordination. Excellent communication skills. Logical thinking *Accountabilities AM project engineer - Repair ? Design the best repair solution to meet the customer’s requirement both technically and economically. ? To carry out and organize the in-house repair for pumps. ? To provide the technical support and training for workshop technicians. ? To handle the detail report for all on repair activities. ? To support site service for pump installation, commissioning and trouble shooting mainly. ? Provide customer feedback for future development or enhancement of our company products. ? Travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair. ? Work with Sales, AE, Service , and the customer to ensure system is operational per expectations. ? Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints. ? Study the product manuals or other related information to upgrade the technical knowledge. |
