Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and grow business with existing customers and develop and acquire identified prospects in Beauty and Home segment 2. Develop and execute sales strategy for responsible accounts and prospect 3. Communicate and work with related internal departments, including but not limited to EC/CD/production/supply chain/quality to ensure customer satisfaction with the right product and service based upon pre-defined commitment with customers 4.Work with Customer Service/Finance to manage sales AR 5. Support customer service/supply chain to control inventory 6. Collect and analyze market and competitors’ intelligence Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above with major in engineering, mechanical, marketing, other related area; MBA is preferred; additional training/degree in psychology is a plus 2. Have +3 years sales experience with a reputable multinational B2B, B2C company 3. Sales/marketing experience in beauty/personal care/home care packaging and related industries with multinational and multicultural environment would be a plus 4. Track record in new accounts acquisition and major multinational accounts management with a complex commercial environment 5. Multi-years people management experience is a strong plus 6. Fluent in spoken and written English 7. Strong analytical and problem solving ability |
