具体要求：

Job Description:

- Drive the Distributor Management Process （i.e. Situation Analysis, Selection and Appointment, Management and Review, Termination and Replacement）
- Establish the Way of Distributor Management （e.g. Sales Systems, Finance & Control, Supply Chain Management, etc.）
- Interface with relevant key functional groups to enhance the competencies of Sales Management in developing the distributor business
- Communicate initiatives to Distributors and ensure implementation through constant interface with Regional Management
- Monitor and help Distributors for all kinds of sales activities

Requirements:

- University Graduate
- 3 years minimum experience in Distributor Management
- Sales Management in chemical and industrial field
- Good Command of both oral and written English
- MS office
- Good Interpersonal Skills, Self-Confident, Team Player
