Reporting Production Manager 汇报对象：生产经理 Job Description岗位职责 - Take action on goods receiving &delivery note in SAP, keep same material item marking between SAP and actual Stock. - Print monthly physical inventory sheet and coordinate with warehouse supervisor to checking difference reason - Make packing list, picking list, delivery note documents, and give right information to logistic company on–site specialist to arrange daily shipping job. - Coordinating import and export agent, broker, forwarder for oversea logistic business with logistic specialist. - Checking and making cost list for oversea and local logistic business. - Others arrangement jobs from production manage - 库房物料SAP收货、发货及保持现场物料标识与SAP系统一致性 - 打印库房物料盘点表，配合库房主管进行月度盘点 - 整理、收集物流信息，如箱单、发货单的制作，并协调公司内部发货人员与物流公司专职人员安排发货事宜 - 配合进出口代理公司、报关公司、货代专职人员进行进出口相关业务操作 - 完成每月空、海运，国内运输及代理公司账务核对，并及时汇报给生产经理 - 完成部门经理安排的其他临时工作 Skills / Capabilities 要求 - College degree or above education - English writing and speaking skill - Perfect communication and coordinating skills and good working attitude - Familiar MS office software both in Word and Excel - 专科以上学历 - 能进行英文交流 - 良好的沟通及交流技巧，工作态度认真 - 熟悉office办公软件操作 工作地点：南汇 |
