具体要求：

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling, organise and supervise in-house and on-site repair/services.
2. Scheduling, organise and supervisor in-house local parts manufacturing for emergency orders.
3. Assist Aftermarket Sales for job site inspection/services to bring in AM business.
4. Prepare and submit AM business proposals to Aftermarket sales team.
5. Assign specific jobs to technician, assembler, and machinist.
6. To ensure specifications and requirement are being met for every job.
7. Submit required document on-time including: daily time sheet, as found report, proposal, cost estimation & etc.
8. Issue main router and sub router on every job.
9. Housekeeping and coordinate with QA/QC/SHEA coordinator to meet and improve KSB requirement.
10. Ensure KSB workshop disciplines and safety regulations are enforced.
11. Ensure workshop operations process to meet with KSB requirement.

Job Specifications:
1. Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. With minimum 3 years of working experience in pump or rotating equipment, or operations management.
3. Be familiar with the production procedure of pumps.
4. Be familiar with the performance, structure and material of pumps.
5. Strong personnel development and mentoring skills with demonstrated ability to build interpersonal relationship with end user sales team and vendors.
6. Fluent English in written and oral.
7. Be practiced of computer operation.
8. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Independent, organized, self-motivated and customer oriented.
