Major Responsibilities: - Prepare offers for pumps and spare parts （technical and commercial） - Make cost calculations and margin calculations - Prepare order documents （technical datasheets, calculations, contracts, misc. documents） - Technical clarifications with our German headquarter and sales manager or customers - Order processing （technical and commercial） - Coordination and close communication with German headquarter, sales team china, customers, agents, etc. - technical support and training for customers and regional sales - Trouble shooting and finding solutions - Miscellaneous office/administrative works （paperwork, filing,..） Basic Requirements: - Age between 24-34, based in Shanghai - Bachelor degree and above in Fluid Machinery or relevant - Above 2 years work experience in pump companies - Very good Technical and commercial understanding - Good command of written and spoken English - hard working, systematically, analytic thinking, accurate and carefully （even under pressure）, team player - Good command of computer operational skills, especially Excel - Travelling sometimes required |
