具体要求：

Education/教育程度:
Bachelor Degree or above with major in mechanical /CNC machine.
机械/数控机床等相关专业，本科以上学历。
Language/语言:
Good written and reading in English, good at oral English.
良好的英语读写能力，口语流利。
PC Skill/电脑:
Good computer skills, be familiar with Excel, AutoCAD.
良好的电脑操作技能，熟悉Excel，AutoCAD。

Professional Experience /专业经验
1, At least 5 years for CNC Machine maintenance experience in manufacturing factory.
- 5年以上CNC设备维护经验。
2, Be familiar with CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
-熟悉数控机床的日常维护和常见故障的诊断。
3, Be familiar with FAUNUC/SIEMENS/MITSUBHI control system.
-熟悉FAUNUC/SIEMENS/MITSUBHI 数控系统。
4, Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication system and its eｘecutive components of working principle.
-精通液压、气动、润滑系统以及其执行元件的工作原理。
5, Be familiar with machining, tolerances and other processing technology.
-熟悉机械加工、公差配合等加工工艺。
6, TPM experience is pluses.
-有TPM经验更佳

Main Responsibility主要职责:
By equipment preventative maintenance （PM）, troubleshooting/repair to control unscheduled downtime.
通过设备日常维护，故障诊断排除及维修等方法来控制非计划停机时间，使生产线处于良好的运行状态。
By continues improvement of equipment to optimize of it’s performance
通过对设备的持续改进使其性能优化。

Daily Duties日常工作:
Prepare maintenance instruction for new machine
准备新设备的保养作业指导书。
Initiate PM schedule follow
发起设备保养计划并跟踪实施结果。
Perform effective & quick troubleshooting /repair works
进行有效/快速的故障排除和维修工作
Perform equipment / components failure analysis
对设备/零件进行故障分析和编写报告。
Do continued improvement for equipment to keep it’s running well
对设备持续改进，从而使设备运行在最佳状态。
Provide training & instruction to maintenance technician.
给维修技术员提供培训和指导。
Evaluate & collect vendor source for equipment /components, setup spare parts system and maintain reasonable spare parts inventory.
评估收集设备/零件供应商，建立备件体系，维持合理的备件库存。
Evaluate of equipment overhaul, establish and optimize the equipment management system.
评估设备的改进、大修，建立并优化设备的管理体系。
Perform the assignments by supervisor
执行上司的其他工作安排。
