PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:· Supervise Customer Service Department · Communicate to international customers on time · Release weekly, monthly and yearly report to site leader and staff as required. · Coordinate with related departments to expedite past due orders. · Assist site leader for management improvement seminar and meeting. · Continue to improve efficiency and quality of department. · Take part in the daily CHK conference call · Respond daily emails regarding lead time, order status, advance or postpone shipments； shipping method to customer by negotiating with Supply Chain Dept, than follow up the order or item with Supply Chain, Incoming Inspection, Warehouse, Production and Shipping Dept to make sure the promised date. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS· Bachelor degree or above； · Good written and oral communication skills in both local language and English； · Good computer skills； |
