Major Duties and Responsibilities: I. Promote & sell all applicable products in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical business, including report of sales and marketing. II. Meet & exceed annual sales target. Participate in annual and quarterly objective setup according to company policy. Analysis market & sales result and changes. III. Sales channel & distribution network building within assigned segment under supervision. IV. Maintain relationship with customers, maintain good cooperation between company & Key accounts V. Grow the business by identifying customer’s present and potential needs and developing new customers and penetrating into new markets. VI. Ensure completed documents technically and commercially & show good technical & commercial negotiation skills. VII. Direct sales team in the assigned segment, Interact & Coordinate with application engineers, other sales teams and factories. VIII. Identify competitor’s SWOT and marketing action in assigned industry. IX. Quickly respond to customer’s demand and give timely reply. Recruiting Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above with mechanical or chemical/process background； 2. Self- motivated, well organized , excellent communication skills； 3. At least 10 years experience of pump end user process operation, engineering company or pump manufacturer or related equipment in Oil, Gas and petrochemical industry； 4. Sales managerial experience is necessary. 5. Good English ability in writing and speaking； 6. Knowledge of sale & bidding procedure for industrial equipment； 7. Knowledge of ISO and/or API 610 standard centrifugal pumps. 8. Customer service oriented； tips: this position is located in Beijing |
