Major?responsibilities?/?主要职责: 1. Search?and?seleｃt?potential?suppliers 2. Monitor?the?supplier?evaluation?and?qualification?process 3. Initiate?supplier?qualification?audits?and?re-audits 4. Maintain?the?list?of?qualified?suppliers?（LQS）?for?all?commodities 5. Support?Sales?team?during?the?bidding?with?offers?of?potential?suppliers 6. Initiate?the?purchasing?process?based?on?the?purchasing?requisition 7. Lead?the?contract?negotiations?with?the?seleｃted?suppliers 8. Finalize?the?purchasing?contract?based?on?the?existing?regulations?and?authorities?and?under?consideration?of?budget?and?delivery?schedule 9. Issue?the?purchase?order?within?the?SAP?system 10. Prepare?LTA?with?the?key?suppliers?in?charge. 11. Monitor?the?contract?eｘecution?（payment,?document?submittal,?project?schedule,?inspection?points,?etc.） 12. Under?the?supervision?of?director?of?projects?department,prepare?weekly?and?monthly?purchasing?plans. 13. Report?to?Director?of?projects?department??the?eｘecution?and?progress?of?above?plans. 14. Carry?out?all?purchasing?processes?from?supplier?seleｃtion,quotation?collection,quotation?analysis,PO?launch?in?SAP?（inclusive?prototype,small?pilot?run?and?batch?production）,project?schedule,document?submittal,?material?receipt,material?inpection?and?payment. 15. Internal?communication?with?production,quality,engineering,?projects?management,and?sales?team?to?ensure?material?supply?as?scheduled. 16. keep?close?touch?with?KSB?SH?for?current?purchasing?activity?before?contract?transfer. 17. Issue?purchasing?management?documents. 18. Review?last?years?performance?standards?and?modify?as?required?for?the?coming?year,define?goals?and?objectives?for?the?coming?year?for?the?associate. 19. Submit?annual?report?of?purchasing?to?director?of?projects?dept. 20.
