Major Duties & Responsibilities: 主要工作职责 - Monitor weekly the performance of your team members； 监督团队成员每周的工作完成情况。 - Deliver company strategy to BRs, lead and supervise the eｘecution. 向业务代表传达公司战略，领导并监督战略执行。 - Build up a high effect BRs team by coach and motivate BR, ensure uniformity and consistency of development of own region. 通过引导和激励，建立高效业务代表团队，确保负责区域内业务均衡持续发展。 - Keep close communication with BRs, train and support BR to develop independently in daily work, such as visit customers together with BRs. 与业务代表保持紧密联系，通过日常工作培训、支持业务代表自主发展，如陪同业务代表一起拜访客户等。 - Implement company strategy and set up sales goals based on analysis of the market and in line with the company’s overall business strategy. 实施公司战略，并且根据市场分析及公司的整体战略，设定销售目标。 - Participate and support in brand build up and maintenance events with marketing team, such as company promotion events in own region. 参与并支持市场部的公司品牌建立及维护工作，如区域内的公司品牌宣传活动。 - Implement and improve a system for BRs to cooperate with and feedback to the marketing team for market intelligence. 实施并优化业务代表市场信息收集系统，便于业务代表配合市场部门进行市场调查及反馈市场信息。 - Work closely with customer care team to resolve technical questions and settle customer complaints. 与客户服务团队紧密配合，解决技术问题，处理客户投诉。 - Report timely on working plan and results. 按时汇报工作计划及工作完成情况。 - Other assignment from General Manager. 总经理分配的其他工作。 Qualifications: 任职要求 - Bachelor degree, an MBA holder will be an advantage. 本科学历，MBA优先。 - At least 5 years relevant industry working experience as a people manager, able to coach and guide business representatives. 在相关行业有5年以上的带领团队经验，能指引辅导业务代表工作。 - Technical background with understanding of pumps or similar products. 有技术背景，了解泵或其他类似产品。 - Knowledge of the market of relevant industry. 了解相关行业及市场。 - Excellent planning and time management skills. 有良好的工作计划性和时间管理能力。 - Business development experience and mindset is a plus. 有业务拓展经验优先。 - Experience of E-commerce will be an advantage. 有电子商务经验者优先。 - Strong leadership skills, able to develop team members. 有领导力，能推动团队成员发展。 - Good communication skills in Mandarin and English. 良好的中英文沟通能力。 - Excellent presentation and influencing skills. 良好的表达能力及影响力。 - Self-driven attitude, strongly target oriented and independent. 自我驱动，目标导向，独立工作。 - Open to new ideas and getting things done creatively. 保持开放心态，创造性地解决问题。 - Frequent travel will be required. 能适应频繁出差。 |
