Education/教育程度: Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related technical field. 本科以上学历,工程类或相关专业 Motor engineering is preferred 电机工程专业者优先 Language/语言: CET4 English，Good at Oral is preferred. 英语四级，口语流利者优先 PC Skill/电脑: Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excell, Power point, AutoCAD, SAP is preferred. 熟练使用办公软件，如Word, Excel, Power point, AutoCAD,会SAP者优先. Others/其它要求 1. At least 3 working experience with engineering background. 至少三年工程背景方面的工作经验。 2. Strong communication skill and team work spirit to work with other employee 较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神 3 Having the knowledge and experience of motor manufacture is preferred 有电机制造方面的知识和经验者优先 Main Responsibility主要职责: 1. To handle jobs concerning technical problems in production area （Stator line, Rotor line, and assembly line）. 处理生产区的有关生产技术问题（电机生产线，电机产品维护，相关的设备设定） 2.Acc. to company business plan, implement motor line build，evaluate and buy equipment ready for use, set up process parameters and ensure a stable mass production. 根据公司业务计划建立马达生产线，评估和购买设备，制定生产标准参数，确保稳定的生产。 3.Build/Maintain matured manufacturing process to ensure process reliability and stability, in-cluding PN/Routing/BOM, ECM, CI/WI/CP. 建立、维护PN/Routing/BOM, ECM, CI/WI/CP等流程，确保其可靠、稳定。 4.Develop IE/Lean programs to investigate and optimize process, technologies continuously to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce cost. 运用IE/Lean持续改进生产装配方法，提高生产力，提升质量，降低成本。 5.Support NPI development for new project. Ensure the readiness for normal production. 支持NPI部门的新品项目，确保产品正式生产时准备就绪。 Daily Duties日常工作: 1. Build the correct BOM for product in computer system. 在电脑系统中为产品建立正确的物料清单 2. Make and maintain control instructions in production area （Stator line, Rotor line, MG assembly line）. 建立并维护生产区电机生产线的控制作业指导书 3． Ensure all changes notes are eｘecuted promptly 确保所有的工程变更被实施和落实 4． Maintain routine of the processes in production area.. 在生产区域维护生产工艺之日常工作 5． Support quality engineer to solve actual quality problems. 帮助质量部门解决实际的质量问题 6. Propose and seleｃt new equipment to benefit efficiency, capacity, quality and envi-ronment. Evaluate the production line capacity, make the budget for the next year and implement the plan on time. 建议并选择新设备，以便提高效率，生产能力，质量及环境。 评估生产线产能，制定下一年度的设备预算并按时积极实施该计划。 7. Train operators and tool setters. 协助培训操作工及工艺维护员 8. Keep track of changes involved in production and revision. 跟踪所有生产中的更改及修正 9. Take other tasks that may be a |
