Purpose of the Job 设置该岗位的目的 - Responsible to ensure that the assigned accounting related processes, reporting and analysis job are in accordance with related policies and procedures. 确保财务相关流程、报告、分析符合相关政策和步骤 Main tasks and responsibilities 主要工作职责 -The process of paying suppliers, vendors or external third parties for goods, services or freight shipments (inbound and outbound), either electronic or checks. 主要负责向材料供应商，以及其他为企业提供包括运输服务等在内的外部供应商支付货款及其他应付款项（含境内和境外），包括现金及汇票 -Matching of supplier invoice, purchase order, receipt acknowledgement, and other required documents or information to validate and verify payment can be made to suppliers. Control payment risk and support urgent payment issue. 通过第三方发票、采购订单、收据以及其他相关文件的核对，确认支付该笔款项的合理性。控制付款风险 -Researching/reconciling of accounts payable and freight balances and supplier statements; includes processing of debit/credit memos related to trade payables 确保应付账款明细账和总账相符，包括开具的应付账款借项和贷项数据 -Maintain payment relative tracker, handle supplier query & reconciliation in timely manner. 维护付款追踪，完成供应商之间的对账 -Management of internal policies and programs for procurement card programs and monitoring compliance to those programs 监督采购活动是否依照公司内部政策及流程执行 -Providing management reporting and audit support specific to the accounts payable process 向管理团队和审计提供应付账款相关的报告和操作流程 - Analysis the Inventory based on the aging, provision for the Inventory reserves.根据存货账龄分析存货及计提存货跌价准备 -GR/IR analysis & Adjustment & Clear. 应付暂估的清理以及存货调整打废等处理 - Prepare both internal and external month end finance reports in time, such as AP aging, ONCF Actual & Planning, Inventory aging, Monthly KPI report etc. 及时出具月结以及外部相关财务分析表格，包括应付账龄、净现金流分析及预测、存货账龄以及月结其他数据等 职位要求： Qualifications - Bachelor degree and above in Accounting and Finance 财务及会计专业本科及以上学历 - Relevant experience相关工作经验 - Teamwork awareness 团队意识 - Strong sense of responsibility 工作责任感 - Communication skills 沟通技能 - Time management skills 时间管理技能 - Ability to act independently 独立工作能力 - Flexibility and ability to adapt to change 适应变化能力 - Attention to detail 关注细节 - Fluent English in oral and writing流利的英语书写与表达能力 |
