ob Description Managing activities of engineering team daily operation like PDM and solution offering to customer, etc. Provide necessary technical supports to functions like product management, production, process and quality （Sample Certificate and Q-release etc.）, components sourcing and supplier qualification, etc Being involved in and accountable for new R&D project Investment projects and technical improvement projects management Equipment maintenance and perform TPM and DVS system Production and maintenance cost and continued improvement Analyzes work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, equipment layout and workspace for maximum efficiency Managing team competence development and performance evaluation Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, engineering or similar More than 15 years working experience in manufacturing enterprise, preferably valve industry； More than 5 years working experience at manager position More than 5 years working experience both of process and maintenance Good communicative spoken and written English, working experience in foreign enterprise is preferred Proactive and willing to take responsibility of decision in urgent cases Teamwork and collaboration cross functions and department |
