具体要求：

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To define and implement the plans and measures to achieve the strategic targets.
2. To develop aftermarket business in north China.
3. To manage the aftermarket sales team to achieve the targets.
4. To manage the TSS team to achieve the targets.
5. To build the long-term strategy with customer.
6. To manage the relationship with customer.
7. To handle the customer’s complaint.
8. To coordinate with other functional department in company.
9. To manage the agent / distributor team.
10. To train the sales engineer for business skill.
11. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor degree with engineering background or higher.
2. More than 5 years working experience in pump industry and 3 years experience in management.
3. Familiar with pump and aftermarket business.
4. Customer management, relationship and communication skill.
5. Fluent English or German
6. Independent, organized, self-motivated, teamwork.
