Major Duties and Responsibilities: I.To support Business Project Manager in daily project tasks （such as project documents redaction or review） 1.Participate to the Information Systems Project meetings and provide meeting minutes whenever requested. 2.Review each deliverable document and provide feedback to Business Project Manager. 3.Redact / ｕpdatｅ project documents whenever requested. 4.Help for translation during workshops and for project documentations. II.Be able to provide support to the analysis and definition of business processes for the new Information System 1. Undertand Information System capability by learning their User Guide and achieving their training courses, with Business Project Manager support. 2. Assist and coordinate with business process owners whenever processes shall be ｕpdatｅd and validated . 3. Review the processes and documents delivered by the Business Process Owners and provide feebdack to Business Project Manager. III.To ensure the whole Information System End-User Guides is covered and completed in collaboration with IT department 1. Based on the approved detailed processes, prepare a master list of End-User Guides to be reviewed and approved by both Business Project Manager and IT Project Manager. 2. Redact the Epicor End-User Guides and obtain both managers approval . 3. Prepare training materials and achieve the trainings for End-Users. IV.Provide support to Users before and after Information System Deployment 1. Register, follow-up the defects discovered during the project life and achieve statistics. 2. Provide support pre and post-Go Live to the Users whenever necessary. 3. Ensure global company processes are followed according to defined processes. Recruiting Requirement: 1.Engineering School or equivalent 2.Team management experience, with strong capability of coordination and communication with other departments 3.Skilled in Process logic and Project Management, with good sense of responsibility and willing to continually improve company processes efficiency 4.Knowledge of Information System and working experience in the manufacturing industry will be a plus 5.Based in Shanghai, but willing to often travel between Shanghai and Dafeng 6.Language Background: Chinese and English mandatory |
