具体要求：

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
I.Setup and maintain the whole China EHS documentation （procedures / work instructions / forms） in accordance with related standards
1.Ensure that all relevant EHS documentations to the IMS are available and ｕpdatｅd.
2.Review and validate documentations whenever ｕpdatｅs are done, with the EHS staff.
3.Validate with EHS Director related EHS procedures ｕpdatｅ and/or creation.
4.Ensure the company is following the relevant ISO and OHSAS standard requirements.
II.Take initiative for continual improvement of our company culture in term of environmental and safety awareness
1.Initiate internal and external EHS awareness training in order to improve the company culture.
2.Evaluate efficiency of the company’s EHS system by achieving regular internal EHS audits and propose improvement wherever possible.
3.Ensure right corrective and preventive actions are taken following important and/or repetitive Non Conformities detection.
4.Constantly follow up the corrective and preventive actions status.
5.Close when judged efficient and achieve data analysis on these actions.
III.Ensure common methods are applied throughout both sites 1.Lead each site towards common EHS methods with local EHS team and operational staff.
2.Coordinate the training of the employees regarding these EHS processes.
3.Monitor and analyze the EHS performance indicators
IV.Manage of all external aspects linked to EHS regulations （contracts / external authorities / audits）
1.Deal with local authorities regarding on-site visits of local bureaus.
2.Manage the contracts with the different suppliers to ensure we comply with internal rules and local EHS rules.

Recruiting Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree of University in engineering or scientific discipline
2.Familiar with management system like: ISO14001, OHSAS18001, or ISO13485, etc.
3.Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational/Public hygiene, Chemical, or English backgrounds
4.Experience in manufacturing industries would be a plus.
5.More than 5 years experience on EHS system management or occupational hygiene management.
6.Fluent English in both oral and written communication
7.Strong interpersonal and communication skill
