Job Description Serves as a professional resource and provides EHS leadership to management； acts as a liaison with external regulatory agencies, suppliers and other EHS organizations. Fulfill EHS relevant requirement in campus and finish relevant report according to GS requirement Make sure that the business related to occupational health, chemical, special work, special equipment, hazardous waste, waste classification should be in effective control in campus and in compliance with legislation requirement Conduct periodic inspections of company facilities, equipment and operations to detect existing potential accident, health or environmental hazards and recommends corrective measures where necessary Assess new products, equipment, processes and facilities for hazard identification and compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards； making recommendations if necessary Conduct relevant EHS monitoring with other department and analyzes appropriate functional reporting metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, and be sure of continuous improvement in EHS job Train EHS coordinator to make sure they can meet work requirement, develops, directs and conduct EHS presentations and training in campus Qualifications and Requirements University Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline, science discipline, medical science, miscellaneous or equivalent experience Above 5 years mechanical industry relevant experiences on EHS Good knowledge system of EHS laws, guidelines, methods and processes Hold EHS systems of ISO 14001 series, OHSAS 18000 series Investigation skills to determine root cause and conduct trend analysis of incidents Performs training functions, understands principles, may teach others Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution. - Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge Fluent English and good computer skills |
