This position will be working for the lined valve products, the company will provide overseas technical training for the candidates once on board. The employee meets and applies all the work related technological processes and quality expectations. He/she seleｃts the materials needed by the production, defines the priority of the production, sets up and controls the processes Continuously checks the eｘecution of the required technologies at the mouldshop. Continuously supervision of the tools and makes the required documentation （status, date of usage） and report these data to the supervisor as appropriate. Checks the proper operation of the extrusion machines, press machines, injection-moulding machines. In case of problems she/he makes the necessary reports immediately. To document the new tools, their usage, and ensure the installation related issues （drawing check, trial run, the first production registration） At least once a week he/she ｕpdatｅs the scrap registration database, responsible for its accuracy and punctuality. He/she is responsible for daily monitoring of scrap datasheet and based on request he/she makes reports and/or analysis. Create new technological SOPs, set-ups, and other instructions. After approvals he/she is responsible for its communication and training. The old expired version has to be removed. Designing of tools and professional supports to the engineering department. Closely cooperation with production leaders. Supervision of the tool maintenance and initiate necessary changes to support the production. Coordinates and conduct tests and makes recommendations on appropriate and necessary materials Works together with the company’s technical resources in other areas and countries Makes required business analyzes, creates queries and reports Develops and implement the applications that supports the operation of the site Committed to the Crane CBS Principles Ensures confidentiality of all company related information Brings forward best practices and know-how and help implement these within the Company Follow the work fire and safety rules. Keeps and ensures the fulfillment of the work / accident prevention （EH&S） and quality insurance rules / requirements Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned – and trained Qualifications and Required Skills Minimum Criteria: B.S Engineering degree （degrees in process/plastic engineering is favorable）4+ years working experience related to injection-moulding process.Have good knowledge/experience of CNC machining and manufacturing system design.Good command of CAD, SolidWorks and Microsoft Office software.Good communication skills, people skill and problem solving capability. Good command of English. Desirable Criteria: Prefer to have knowledge of basic quality tools such as SPC, CPK, 8D, FMEA, GRR, etc. Prefer to have knowledge/experience of lean manufacturing.Prefer to have valve industry experience.Effective usage of QAD. （queries, reports, etc） |
