具体要求：

设置该岗位的目的 Purpose of the Job：
1.确保所有工作按时保质完成依照安全工作指引，保证所有的制度被执行并达成目标。Ensure that all assigned job are completed on time and to standard operation ensuring that all systems are followed and targets are achieved in accordance with safe working practices.

主要任务与职责 Main tasks and responsibilities：
1.在确保产品质量及高效的前提下，按时完成指派的泵测试工作任务。Finish assigned work on time with good quality and high productivity for pump test.
2.在日常工作中，熟悉并遵守安全与环境规范，报告主管任何有关安全和健康潜在的风险。Familiar and follow up the safety and environment （EHS） regulation in daily work, reporting any potential EHS related risk issues to the supervisor.
3.作业过程中严格遵守工艺文件和标准作业指导书。Strictly follow up the manufacturing process document and standard working instruction in operation time.
4.理解泵测试的原理并现场指导测试操作工按照WI和程序搭建测试回路，检查和确认泵在启动前没有任何潜在危险因素。Understand pump test theory and guide test fitter to follow the WI and procedure to build the test loop. Check and make sure no any potential issue before pump start.
5.理解测试工程师对于测试的意图并正确的执行。Understand test engineer intention for pump test and proceed correctly.
6.遵守不合格产品控制程序以避免工作中次品的出现。Follow up Nonconforming product control process to avoid bad quality product happened in daily work.
7.负责对使用的公司里的工具或设备日常清洁。Use company tools and other equipment as appropriate and take responsibility for daily clean of assigned equipment.
8.根据需要协助其他测试钳工完成工作。Assist other test Fitters with workload as required.
9.参与并积极支持公司的改善活动，比如精益生产和现场管理；积极参与到持续改进的项目中。Participate and actively support company improvement initiatives such as Lean and 5S. Actively involve in Continuous Improvement （CIP） project.
10.安排的其它相关工作。All other duties as relevant to the post.

职位要求 Qualifications：
1.为人诚实、积极，努力工作。Honest and positive man, hardworking.
2.大专以上学历。Above Junior college.
3.三年以上机械相关工作经验，有泵测试经验优先。At least 3 years working experience in mechanical industry, Pump test experience is priority.
4.熟悉机械制造及产品。Familiar with mechanical industry and product.
5.看懂图纸。Can read drawing.
6.会使用常用量具。Able to use general measuring tool.
7.能够严格遵照和执行工艺规范。Can strictly follow and implement process regulation.
8.识图及工具使用技能。Drawing read and tooling and mechanical device use skill.
9.团队合作技巧。Team work skill.
10.沟通技巧。Communication skill.
11.灵活性和适应性。Flexibility and ability to adapt change.
12.独立工作的能力。Ability to act independently.
