Essential Duties & Responsibilities基本工作范围与职责: Fully responsible for projects management from initial technical discussions and customer visits to installation and commissioning of the system. This includes initial technical discussions with the design firm and end user. Understanding the customer wants and technical scope of the requirements. Understanding the competitive environment including participants, designs, and pricing. With all of the above in-mind, creation of a technical proposal that satisfies the customer’s needs and requirements. Support distributors alone, Distributor managers, and Key account managers in insuring a project success rate. Costing of the system for CS to insure accuracy. After we receive the order from the customer, communication with the Product Engineer and Operations team to insure project OTD, Performance, and within budget. Coordinate with the end users and our internal support （distributors, Distributor managers, key account managers, After Service） to insure timely and a successful commissioning. Be the “go to” person for all issues regarding the project. Using innovative ways to insure focus including standardization of components and systems. 关注整个公司1％TOP目标包括销售目标、库存周转率及降低运营资本。运用创新的方式确保零件标准化和制度。 Coordinates the efforts of project design and service support teams to ensure that the programs are conducted in accordance with the requirements of sales orders and budgets. Interfaces with customers on schedules, meetings, and problems. Keeps the customer informed on the order status and progress. 协调项目设计和服务支持团队共同致力于项目成功率（既符合客户订单要求，又保证成本价格具有市场竞争力）。实时跟进订单状态及进展，确保客户知晓一切项目动态。 Advises Supervisor of the schedule status and obstacles that are being addressed （or potential problems） on a regular basis. 定期汇报项目进展和正在处理的问题（或潜在问题）并向上级提供解决方案或建议。 ？ Anticipates potential schedule or priority delays and initiates plan for alternative actions. 前瞻性地预判项目潜在风险、进程延误可能性，并提前发起备选方案以保证达成项目最终结果。 Provided with routine feedback on customer satisfaction and project financial performance according to project management team’s process/policy. 根据项目团队流程/制度定期反馈客户满意度和财务化的项目业绩。 Engineering documentation storage according to engineer documents control process. 根据工程文件控制流程储存并保管工程文件。 ？ Distributor technical training: Supporting our key Distributor’s technical product and application training. （All product lines per distributor contract） 经销商技术培训：支持重要经销商的产品技术和应用培训（根据经销商协议中所有授权产品线） Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 其他主管安排的工作。 Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements资质/培训/技能要求: ？ Good English skill. Be familiar with Office software, such as Microsoft. 英文流利。熟悉办公软件。 Strong leadership, eｘecutive and problem-solving ability. Good communication, team work skill. 很强的领导力，执行力及问题解决能力。良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力。 Excellent Project management skills. 卓越的项目管理技能。 Strong knowledge of Tuthill Processes （LWWPP, Engineering processes, LPD, TBS, CC） 熟悉泰悉尔流程（LWWPP,工程流程，LPD,TBS,CC） ？ Self sufficient, track record of project successes. 自我管理能力，追踪记录并使项目成功。 Considerable flexibility of methods required to meet delivery goals. 思量周全，会用灵活的方式方法以确保项目的及时交货目标。 Considerable planning skills are required. 有全面周到的计划能力。 Understanding interdepartmental functions is essential to ensure that project schedules and objectives are met. 理解内部各部门职能分工，以保证项目顺利并达成预期目标。 ？ Requires both administrative and technical knowledge and frequent interaction with employees and customers. 既要有管理能力，又要有技术知识，并能频繁地主动与客户及内部同事沟通接洽。 Education Requirements教育要求: Above Bachelor Degree, major in vacuum or fluid machinery. 本科以上学历，真空或流体机械专业。 Experience Requirements经验要求： Over 5 year vacuum or pump product industry technical/application working experience, at least 3 year project management experience. 5年以上真空或泵产品行业的技术/应用工作经验，至少3年项目管理经验。 |
