· Work with the site leader and other leadership team members to develop annual quality objectives, drive the continuous improvement culture within the plant. · Lead the quality department to develop and implement the quality compliance/improvement strategy and plans, including resources, systems, timescales, and financials, to support the organization’s annual business plan and long term strategy. · Develop and improve plant quality system with the focus on quality policies, standard, processes and procedures · Develop and improve plant quality control system with the focus on incoming, in-process and final inspection； To improve overall plant’s quality capability via KPI management； · Drive the continuous quality improvement culture through Kaizen and other quality tools · Manage all customer related NCR issues and provide timely and accurate response with the root causes analysis and corrective actions. · Plan and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales. · Manage staff according to company policies （appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc）. Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments. |
