具体要求：

设置该岗位的目的 Purpose of the Job：
- 负责按项目主计划作车间生产线的生产计划以保证按时交货。Responsible for create production plan in line with project master schedule to be sure on time delivery.

主要任务与职责 Main tasks and responsibilities：
1.按照项目主计划和车间产能信息创建生产计划（周计划/日计划）。Create production plan （weekly and/or daily plan） according to the information from project master plan and shop floor capacity.
2.基于物料来料状态、产线产能和实际状态调整每周和每日的生产平衡，以保持生产平稳进行。Adjust and balance the weekly and daily plan based on material arriving situation, line capacity and running actual status, keep manufacturing in smoothly way.
3.参加生产评估会议，协助作正确的行动以确保按时交货。Attend production review meetings and assist in relevant corrective actions to ensure on time delivery achievement.
4.根据产能分析和生产计划，进行日常计划的管理。Base on capacity analysis and production plan, manage daily production plan.
5.根据主生产计划，设定并维护SAP项目进度计划。Refer to master production plan, setup and maintain the production plan in SAP.
6.当项目进度发生变更时，与相关人员进行沟通，及时调整SAP系统中的项目进度计划，同时协调生产及物料供应中，保证正常生产。If project schedule changed, contact with related person, adjust the production plan in SAP on time, and coordinate with related department to ensure regular production.
7.和生产、采购、库房和项目团队紧密联系。Closely contacted with production, procurement, and warehouse and project team.
8.ERP系统进度评估以验证预测的生产工时对应预算的指标。Review of ERP system schedules to validate forecast production hours against pre-calc figures.
9.协助工作负荷计算的准备。Assist with load figure preparation.
10.参与和积极支持公司的行动。Participate and actively support company initiatives.
11.熟悉环境因素，以及与角色、程序、实践、措施有关的活动和流程的影响，以管理影响。Familiar with the environmental aspects and impacts of the activities and processes involved in the role and the procedures, practices and measures to manage the impact.
12.在任务和程序、实践和评估的框架内熟悉风险和危害处理流程以减少风险。Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
13.岗位其它相关的职责。All other duties as relevant to the post.

职位要求 Qualifications：
1.诚实主动。Honest and positive.
2.努力工作并能承受压力。Hardworking and work under pressure.
3.大专学历。College degree.
4.3年以上机械行业工作经验，理解制造流程。At least 3 years working experience in mechanical industry, understanding manufacturing process.
5.熟悉生产计划，有订单生产计划经验者优先。Familiar with production planning, with ＂make to order＂ planning experience is preferable.
6.熟悉ERP系统，好的SAP和生产计划技能。Familiar with ERP system, good SAP / Production Planning skills.
7.能够使用OFFICE软件，包括EXCEL。Can use office software include Excel.
8.一般的英语说写水平。General English in written and oral.
9.沟通技能。Communication skills.
10.谈判技能。Negotiating skills.
11.关系管理技能。Relationship management skills.
12.客户服务技能。Customer service skills.
13.团队合作技能。Team working skills.
14.独立工作技能。Ability to act independently.
15.灵活性和适应性。Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
