PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Review customer orders； create item numbers and BOM/routing in ERP system according to technical requirement and customer demand. Communicate with sales team to clarify the technical requirement and get the necessary technical documentation to support on hand orders （such like datasheet, etc.）. Design and make the drawing s for accessories, like brackets, spacers, etc. accordingly to assembly requirements. Communicate with BU engineering on parts which designed by BU. Tracking the progress with BU timely and ｕpdatｅ to the team. Review existing item/BOM/routing information in ERP system and make the information in system is right and up to date. Working with sourcing engineer to get best price and delivery schedule for special parts to make sure we can achieve cost target and sales order OTD. Provide necessary technical support to internal functions or customers. Take a lead role for big project orders, make the project plan with cross functions. Tracking the project progress and make sure sales orders ship on time. Provide technical training to production line on accessories assembly. Technical liaison with Richter Germany on accessories assembly. Other responsibilities assigned by manager EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: BS Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or four （4） year Industrial Technology -Degree. Experience of valves/pumps application in chemical industry. Experience on project management is preferred. Good knowledge on AutoCAD is required. OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have excellent communications skills including fluency in English （both verbal and written）. Must have good organizational abilities. Must work well in a team environment. Must maintain internal and external customer relationships. Must be self motivated. COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient with Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook. AutoCAD/Solid Works experience preferred ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and all levels of corporate and company personnel. This includes work across cultures. Frequent contact with distributors, end users, internal and external Sales personnel, marketing personnel, Engineering personnel, Manager – Sales Support. |
