Job Description With a high performance driven mindset, manage a production team to achieve KPIs, ensure the manpower suitable arrangement to meet business demand Initiate cost reduction activities to make sure production cost in suitable level Ensure equipment and facility in good status Closely work with sales and marketing, and supply chain to make sure the delivery with high performance, keep WIP in reasonable level together with supplier chain department Closely work with Process, Quality and Design, Purchasing, to make sure production in high quality level Recruitment, Coach, train and develop subordinates and enhance team competence Lean and DPP program launch in production Coordinate between EHS and production to Ensure production in a safety way Qualifications and Requirements 5 years above manufacturing management experience in an international company, 5 years above people management experience in high volume manufacturing site Bachelor or above with majoring in engineering related preferred Strong people management skills and experience, strong coach and influent people Lean production/manufacturing experience or knowledge Good English listening and speaking ability, and be able to understand technical English Self-motivated, customer oriented, team player, integrated and logistic thinking Decision maker |
