具体要求：

Education/教育程度:
A four year bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
本科以上学历,工程类或相关专业

Language/语言:
CET 4 English
英语四级

PC Skill/电脑:
Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point, Access.
熟练使用办公软件，如Word, Excel, Power point, Access。
Have experience of SAP QM module is preferred.
有SAP QM经验优先。

Professional Experience /专业经验
1. 2 years in-process quality control and final goods improvement experience.
2年质量控制经验。
2. Have knowledge and experience of ISO9001: 2000 quality system.
拥有ISO9001:2000质量体系知识和经验
3. Strong communication skill and team work spirit to work with other employee

4. ISO9001: 2000 quality system internal auditor certificate is required.

Main Responsibility主要职责:
Control and continuously improve the quality of machining parts as well as the quality in order to consistently always meet our customer’s satisfaction.
控制并且不断提升机械加工产品的质量和质量体系以持续满足客户的需求。

Daily Duties日常工作:
1. Implement ISO9001 and ISO14001 QMS and ensure compliance throughout the machining line； Perform internal audits and resolve non-conformances in a timely manner
贯彻执行ISO9001和ISO14001的品质体系于机械加工区域，进行内部审核，及时改进不符合体系的的状况。
2. Define the criterion for product certification with other dept.
与其他部门一起设定产品认证的准则。
3. Make sure production well controlled, and Grundfos standard well implemented.
确保生产有很好的质量控制和格兰富标准的执行。
4. Take care of VPC. Ensure that all related quality issues got solved.
负责产品的验证, 确认相关的质量问题都得到了解决。
5. Implement PFMEA, control plan, measuring system evaluation in production to make the continue improvement.
在生产中推行PFMEA,质量控制计划，测量系统的评估等，以进行持续该进。
6. Implement quality actions concerning ECM. Make sure that nonconformities have been well controlled. Maintain and develop Key Performance Indicators, identify Top 5 problems and drive process improvements through data collection, analysis & reporting.
执行工程变更中的质量相关的措施。确保不良品得到了很好的控制。监控关键绩效指标，通过数据收集，分析和报告来识别重点问题和推动制程提高。
