该岗位的目的 Purpose of the Job: - 负责机械密封相关技术审核，确认，支持工作，在技术创新经理的领导下开展机械密封标准化等革新项目。 Undertake mechanical seal related technical review, confirm and support responsiblities. 主要的任务与职责： Main Tasks & Responsiblities: - 支持投标报价工作，审核密封及冲洗系统选型； Support ABU's & tender support team by providing mechanical seal and its flushing system selection. - 参与FOP评审及协助项目经理进行密封相关技术要求澄清； Review FOP and support project management team to clarify technical request. - 支持密封采购工作，提供密封及系统采购技术协议； Support procurement team by providing purchase specification of mechanical seal and its flushing system. - SAP日常工作； Routine work in SAP - 负责密封失效原因分析； Handle mechanical seal failure analysis. - 参与新标准或更新标准产品引入生产活动内，确保我们的设计兼容最新的设计标准； Partcipate in introducing new or revised standard products into our manufacturing range and ensuring that our designs are compatible with the lastest design standards. - 本职位的其他相关及直属领导布置的其他工作。 All other duties as relevant to the post and any others assigned by line manager. 岗位要求： Qualifications: - 机械相关专业本科及以上学历； Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering - 至少5年机械密封制造及设计的工作经验，包括相关行业实践及标准的经验； At least 5 years of working experience in Mechanical seal manufacture and design, including knowledge of related industry practices & standards. - 具有很好的办公软件及Auto CAD等工程软件的使用技能； Excellent skills in office softwaer and Auto CAD. - 较好的英语口语及读写能力； Good spoken & written English. - 沟通技能； Communication skill - 时间管理技能； Time management skills. - 独立工作能力； Ability to act independently. - 适应变化能力； Flexibility and ability to adapt to change. - 关注细节； Attention to detail |
