Report to: Managing Director Job Responsibilities: 1． Be responsible for the drafting, auditing, controlling and managing of all quality and procedures documents in ISO 9001 Quality Managing System （QMS） and external communiation related issue and annual auditing as well； 2． Be responsible for the implementing, supervising, tracking and improving of QMS, plan or establish the measures for correcting, preventing and constantly improving, monitor and , coordinate the corresponding measures implementations； the tracks on the results of verification is necessary to be reported to Managing Director to ensure the sustained improvement of QMS； 3． To organize internal auditing and take charge for daily inspectation （including process and all periods documents） based on company requests, and report the working situation and existent problems to Managing Director in time； 4． Be concerned with the investgating and processing of quality complaints, troubles, disputes, unqualified products problems and product quality from Customers, and report the result and solution to Managing Diirector in time； 5． Management of non-conformity of product / process （both internally and from customers） and the proposal / request for corrective and preventive actions for the entities concerned （Design, Production, Sales, Quality suppliers）.； 6． analysis of changes and development of quality specifications of the product in collaboration with PROJ； 7． To organize and carry out the training of internal quality management and project management and so on； 8． Approval of the cycles of assembly and test production, Planning for quality control activities in cooperation with Quality Suppliers, and to control the volume of waste and warranty repairs. 9. To organize the material entering inspectation, process inspectation during manufacturing and products leaving inspectation, and take responsibilities for the qualification rate of materials and finished products； Requirements: ? Knowledge of ISO 9001 norms, technical drawing and technics for quality management； ? 3 years same working experiences as least； ? Holding a certification as registered/external/internal auditor for ISO 9001； ? Capable of obtaining results reducing internal conflicts, managing and using measurement and testing tools； ? Having quality planning ability, manufacturing processes, technology and total quality management skills； ? Skillful for statistic quality control, incoming quality control, manufacturing control and continuous improvement measures； ? Strong sense of responsibilities, good team spirit and well comminicating capability； ? Capable for technical management training and staff development； ? Good english skills and technology or materialogy background will be appreciated； |
