Major?responsibilities?/?主要职责: 1.?Digest?and?master?the?requirements?of?contract,?technical?agreement,?drawings,?manufacture?procedure?and?related?standard?to?identify?quality?control?requirements,?witness?requirements?and?quality?assurrance?record?requirements.? 消化、掌握产品合同、技术协议、产品图纸、加工工艺及有关标准的要求，以确定合同产品的质量控制要求、见证要求、质量保证记录要求等。 2.Prepare?quality?control?plan,?inspection?plan,?inspection?sheet?and?inspection?specification?etc.?for?products.?Review?and?approve?quality?control?plan,?inspection?and?test?procedures?etc.?submitted?by?suppliers. 编制产品质量控制计划、检验计划、检验表格、检验规范标准等。审批供方提交的质量控制计划、检验试验程序等文件。? 3.?Be?familiar?with?the?progress?of?manufacture,?inspection?and?test.?Know?witness?schedule?well?and?hold?reception?for?customers?coming?for?supervision. 了解生产、检验、试验进展情况，掌握质量监造日期，接待用户质量监造。 4.Collect,?pack?up?and?check?quality?assurrance?records.?Prepare?product?inspection?report?and?establish?product?quality?assurance?documentation.? 收集、整理、校核质量保证记录，按合同要求编制产品检查报告，建立产品质量保证文档。 5.?Direct?resolution?of?or?resolve?technique?problems?himself?appeared?during?inspection?and?test?on?site?and?help?tester?and?inspector?judge?the?important?non-conformance?item?and?put?forward?the?solution. 指导、解决现场检验、试验中出现的技术问题；协助检验、试验人员对重大不符合项的判断并提出处理意见。 6.?Make?technique?preparation?for?key?inspection?and?test,?and?attend?these?activities. 做好重点、关键的检验、试验项目的技术准备工作，并参加这些项目检验、试验工作。 7.?Learn,?master?and?feed?back?quality?information?in?time?and?input?important?quality?information?into?PC. 及时了解、掌握、反馈质量信息，并将重要质量信息输入电脑。 8.?Perform?product?audits?and?quality?improvement??according?to?feedback?from?customer?and?next?process. 根据用户、下道工序反馈的质量信息，开展产品审核、质量改进工作。 9.?Other?works?arranged?by?his?superiors. 上级安排其它的工作。 ?Requirement?profile?/?岗位要求: ???Formal?education? 教育程度： Bachelor?or?above,?major?in?electrical?engineering. 学士学位或以上，电机工程类专业。 ???Professional?experience/?岗位经验： ????in?years? 工作年限： More?than?5?year. 5年以上。 ????in?special?fields 专业领域： Quality?Control?and?Assurance. 质量控制和质量保证。 ???Special?skills 专业技能： 1.?Experience?about?engineering?application. 具有工程应用经验。 ? 2.?Basic?knowledge?about?related?codes?and?standards,such?aschinese???nuclear?safety?codes,?RCC-E,?IEEE?741,IEEE?323,IEEE?112,?GB755,?GB/T?1032,?JB/T?8668. 熟悉有关法规标准，如中国核安全法规、RCC-E、IEEE?741,IEEE?323、?IEEE?112、GB?755、GB/T?1032、JB/T?8668等。 3.?Basic?knowledge?about?production?methods?and?processes?of?motor?.and?other?electric?equipments. 熟悉电机及其它电气设备的生产方法和工艺。 4.?Basic?knowledge?about?inspections?and?tests?methods?as?well?as?corresponding?acceptance?criteria?of?motor?and?other?electric?equipments. 熟悉电机及其它电气设备的检验和试验方法以及相应的接受准则。 5.?Basic?knowledge?about?nuclear?principle?and?process?of?power?plant. 了解核电厂原理和过程。 6.?EDP?proficiency（SAP,?MS?Office:Word/Exceletc.）. 电子数据处理手段如SAP、Word/Excel等熟练。 7.?Good?English?proficiency?including?specific?terminology?about?electrical?engineering. 良好的英语水平，包括熟悉电机工程专业术语。 Defined?Competencies?/?能力素质要求: 1.?The?ability?of?planning,?communication?and?problem-solving.?Team?spirit.?Customer?and?result?orientated?philosophy. 具备策划、沟通和解决问题能力，富有团队精神，能以顾客和结果为导向。 2.?Be?capable?of?working?actively?and?flexibly?with?strong?sense?of?responsibility. 能积极主动工作，灵活应变，责任心强。 3.?Be?capable?of?working?independently.and?travelling?on?business 具备独立工作能力，可承受出差。 4.?The?ability?of?self-study. ????具备自我学习能力 |
