Major?responsibilities?/?主要职责: 1.?Prepare?NDT?plan?or?procedure?according?to?contract,?technique?agreement,?industry?procedure?and?related?standard.? 消化、掌握产品合同、技术协议、产品图纸、加工工艺、有关标准要求，编制无损检测计划或工艺。 2.?Perform?NDT?according?to?NDT?plan?or?procedure?and?work?instruction. 按无损检测计划或工艺和作业知道书，实施无损检测。 3.Prepare?NDT?records?and?reports,?compile?daily?test?report?every?day,?and?establish?product?archives. 作好原始记录，开具无损检测报告，负责每天按时填写测试日报，建立产品档案。 4.?Identify?and?solve?problems?arising?during?test?in?time. 发现并及时处理检测中出现的问题。 5.?Maintain?test?equipments?and?documents?under?his?control，and?keep?clean. 维护自己保管的设备与记录，保持现场环境整洁。 6.?Participate?any?kaizen?continual?improvement?plans?of?process?capability?and?field?management?in?his?working?processes. 积极参加本人工作区域的过程改进与现场改善工作。 7.?Any?agreed-to?works?by?his?supervisors?and?managers. 上级安排其它的工作。 Requirement?profile?/?岗位要求: 1.?Bachelor?or?above,?major?in?metal?materials?or?mechanical?engineering. 学士学位或以上，金属材料或机械工程类专业。 2.?More?than?3?years. 3年以上。 3.?Special?skills 专业技能： 1） Experience?about?engineering?application. 具有工程应用经验。 2） Basic?（nuclear?class）?qualification?or?knowledge?in?non-destructive?test. 具备（核级）无损检测资格或知识。 3） Fundamental?principles?of?forging,?casting?and?welding?technology. 了解锻造、铸造和焊接技术的基本原理。 4） Basic?knowledge?about?codes?standards?（RCC-M,?Chinese?nuclear?codes,?GB）. 熟悉有关核电法规标准如RCC-M、中国核安全法规标准等。 5） Basic?knowledge?about?material. 具备材料基本知识。 6） EDP?proficiency（MS?Office:?Word/Excel,?etc.）. 电子数据处理手段如Word/Excel等熟练。 7） Good?English?including?specific?terminology?about?mechanical?engineering. 良好的英语水平，包括熟悉机械工程专业术语。 |
