Overall Goal: The purpose of this QRC Admin is mainly to perform the customer service, QRC operation activity and other daily affairs, and to assist the QRC to achieve the customer satisfaction and the sales target in this area. He/She is able to coordinate the resources of sales team, technical team and operation team of Flowserve China, to eｘecute the in-house repair and field service activities to support the aftermarket end-customer and strategic alliance customer needs. The function is key to the efficiency in QRC operations to achieve the customer satisfaction and business objectives. Principal Accountabilities: 1. To manage the customer service and related activities in the QRC. 2. To perform Purchasing Order from issue PO to follow-up to customs clearance to deliver goods to assist finance in payment. 3. To work closely with the local sales team to meet the customer needs, and to collect and record the datas. To perform Customer Satisfaction Survey. 4. To deal with office facility purchasing for Dalian territory. 5. To lead the team in office maintenance. 6. To be responsible for the overall material distribution, warehousing and transportation activities. 7. Other responsibilities to be determined as needed. Key Result Areas: 1. Customer service 2. Purchasing 3. On-Time performance of suppliers 4. Office administration and maintenance Education/Experience Required: 1. College or above in Office Administration or Customer Services. 2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in multi-national company. 3. Working experience in industrial products and manufacturing industry will be preferred. 4.
