Position Description 1. Work in vendor’s facility to do routine inspection on machined components’ dimensions, markings, perform visual appearance inspection, check and review suppliers’ material test certification according to quality standard and inspection plan and keep inspection record. 2. Fill in NCR when nonconforming product being found in order to inform quality manager and vendor to take corrective action. 3. Report these inspection results and daily visit work to Quality Manager in time. 4. Track the status of corrective actions of vendor and inform Quality Manager in time. 5. Other work assigned by the leader. 6. Work location: 苏州市吴中区胥口镇曹丰路、苏州市吴中区胥口镇子胥路 Accountabilities 1. Educational Background: Technical secondary school at least with technology background. 2. Working Experience: 5 years valve or relative grade manufacturing experience at least. Can read parts and assembly mechanical drawing, Ability of use measuring gauge and tool. Preferred for 3-D MM measuring and valve function test experience. 3. Language: With basic English reading, writing and listening. Can report in English. 4. Other Characteristic: With good relationship, Have a good supplier management experience, honest, flexible character, can work on his own motivation actively. With careful characteristic. Preferred for valve manufacturing quality assurance. 5. Computer: Skilled （Office） |
