职位要求 Qualifications： 1.本科及以上学历，水力机械或机械专业毕业。Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or hydraulic engineering. 2.三年以上泵设计相关的工作经历，较全面的掌握泵类产品及设计标准。Min. three years relevant working experiences in engineering design, sound knowledge of pump products and engineering standards. 3.较好的英文交流及写作能力，熟练掌握计算机各种办公软件。Good spoken and written English and proficient at PC skills. 4.积极主动、努力工作，具有良好的团队合作精神。Self-motivated, energetic and hard working. Good team work and coordination. 5.工作有条理性，并能够承受压力及时完成分派的任务。Highly organized and ability to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time. 主要任务与职责 Main tasks and responsibilities： 1.根据客户需求，对现有产品进行设计、改造和升级。To carry out design, retrofit & upgrade of existing products based on the customer requirement. 2.跟踪改造项目的执行过程，包括联系客户和公司内各部门间的协调。同时，需要负责检查和制定与项目相关的说明文件、规定文件和设计时间表；负责资源的合理分配和成本估计。负责改造方案的制定过程，包括初始计算、装配结构及设备整体的布局设计。负责应用CAD和3D软件进行图纸及结构的设计。负责在设计完成后，制定生产BOM和技术说明等相关文件。To link with foreign branch company and other internal departments for project eｘecutions, which include review and compilation of project specifications and procedures； engineering schedules, assignment of resources and estimated costs； preparation of design concepts, including calculations, layouts and prototype testing of components, assemblies and equipment； preparation of design layouts for assemblies and components； preparation of engineering details and drawings, using CAD/3D software； preparation of Bills of Materials and Engineering Specifications or other detailed documents. 3.对备件销售和售后服务提供设计和技术支持。To provide engineering & technical support for sales team in developing and maintaining the after-sales market. 4.为备件销售团队、经销商和客户提供产品应用方面的培训。To provide product application training to sales team, distributors and customers. |
