Position Requirements 1. Oil & Gas industry background. 2. Plug valve or related valve experience prefer. 3. Manager level and have direct reports. 4. Good communication skill and English speaking. *Accountabilities 1. Provide leadership and guidance to maximize success of the CNPC/ SINOPEC/ CNOOC Oil & Gas industry. Promote Plug Valve products. 2. Maintain and develop relationship with CNPC/SINOPEC/CNOOC in order to establish, solidify and maintain booking and project success. 3. Lead the communication activities with CNPC/ SINOPEC/CNOOC, key contact with CNPC/SINOPEC/ CNOOC for the daily business and commercial interface. 4. Work closely with Operations Support to ensure business plan achievement. 5. Ensure to operate in full compliance with all applicable company policies. 6. Manage the administrative aspect of the business to insure compliance with the departmental SG&A expense budget, FLS Terms and Conditions and all compliance related policies. 100% compliance to the SAP policy. 7. Team work. Work with colleagues closely to ensure the team success in China. |
