Responsibility Support sales on pre sales activity and develop technical knowledge in application scope: · To support Customers, Sales in China by providing Vacuum and Abatement products knowledge and technical presentations · To finalize products in sales project, technical interface between customer and headquarter · Update Product Information Bulletins · To develop OEM technical windows in SEMI and related market · work with OEMs to develop new applications in SEMI and related market · To study customer’s process and improve product performance · To study feedback on applications experience in the field and product performance issues · Experience sharing with regional and headquarter on lesson learn in dry pump and abatement regularly · Study on competitor’s product Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required · Master Degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline · At least 5 years experience in semiconductor process/field service/mechanical design roles； ideally with an international, high technology company including product support experience in directly relevant areas. · Vacuum pump and waste gas abatement knowledge is preferred. · Strong technical sense, good at issue technical materials. · good in both spoken and written English ；Japanese or Korean Speaking skills is prefer； · Able to develop/build relationships and interact effectively with customers at the technical level. 工作地点：上海或南京 |
