Main Responsibilities：
Responding to customer call-outs for valve product service requests.
Evaluating and resolving valve product application problems.
Repairing, testing and maintaining valve product in service workshop or on customer site.
Assisting with the installation/commissioning of new valve product.
Liaising closely with Sales, AE, Operations functional teams to clarify service progress and trace solutions.
Providing customers with formal service reports.
Fulfill service worksheet in eService system.
Offering customer training.
Qualifications:
Secondary technical school or above major in mechinical/electrical/engineering.
Valves and actuators manufacturing ,assembling and maintenance,or relevant industrial
Be familiar with valve relative standard.
3 years or above hands-on site job experience on Mechanical equipment and electrical equipment.
Fair English level.
Good computer literacy.
Energized and self–motivated.
Good team player.
